IDAHO HEALTH CARE FOR ALLSpring Quarterly Membership and Public Meeting IHCFA presents Andrew P. Wilper, MD, MPH Internal Medicine Residency Program Director, University of Washington Boise VA Medical Center, staff physician "Health and Health Insurance in the U.S." Dr. Wilper has worked closely with the two co‐founders of Physician's for a National HealthProgram (PNHP). He is the primary author of the frequently cited study that contributed to the national debate on health care reform noting that 45,000 deaths annually are linked to lack of health insurance.
